Our cuisine is characterized by seasonal and regional dishes. We source our fresh vegetables exclusively from producers in the Seeland region. We focus on a holistic and sustainable use of meat with products from selected farms, as close to home as possible. In addition to meat and fish dishes, we also offer varied vegetarian and vegan menus that reflect the diversity of vegetables grown in the Seeland region.

Whether in your free time or at a business lunch - in the cozy restaurant, on our unique lakeside terrace or in the secluded inner courtyard, you will be spoiled with culinary delights by our creative kitchen team led by chef Luca. Rooms and banqueting facilities for private or business celebrations and seminars round off our offer.
