Beach House

Our Beach House is open for you during the summer months. The most breathtaking sunsets on Lake Murten await you here. Enjoy a continuous selection of delicious dishes, refreshing drinks or a fine glass of wine.
You have the option of having your consumption booked to your room and paying for it when you check out.

Bikes

We offer the hire of mountain and e-bikes including helmets for a half or full day. If you are interested, please contact reception.
For additional bikes or children's bikes, you can book at www.rentabike.ch at Murten railway station.

Blankets

On request, you can order additional blankets and pillows at reception to make your stay even more comfortable.

Breakfast buffet

Enjoy our delicious breakfast buffet, depending on the season in our cosy indoor rooms or in the picturesque courtyard. We welcome you daily from 07.00 to 10.00, at weekends and on public holidays even until 10.30.

Charging cable & adapter

If you have forgotten your charging cable or the adapter for your mobile phone, we will be happy to help you at reception.

Check out

We kindly ask you to leave your room by 11.00 a.m. and hand in the key at reception. Should you wish to check out later or extend your stay by one night, please inform reception in good time.
For departures before 07.00 a.m. we ask you to settle the bill the evening before.

Deckchairs

You will find additional deckchairs both on the jetty and in the bike cellar.

Dogs

We warmly welcome well-behaved dogs.
If you have to leave your dog alone in the room, we ask you to hang the ‘Do not disturb’ sign on the door to avoid any inconvenience.
We charge an additional CHF 18.00 per night for your four-legged friend.

Fire protection

You will find important information on escape routes directly on your room door. Our fire alarm concept is also available to you, which you can view at the following link:

Kettle

We are happy to provide you with a kettle in your room on request. Please contact reception for this.

Keys

Please keep your key with you at all times so that you have access to the room wing at all times. If you would still like to leave it at reception, this is possible. Please pay attention to the opening hours so that you can also get your key easily in the evening.

Leisure activities

Discover the wide range of sports and leisure activities on offer in our region. You will find a selection of activities in the entrance area of the main building or on our website: www.bad-murtensee.ch.

Library

A lovingly selected collection of books awaits you in the foyer of our hotel, perfect for your holiday. Browse through a novel or relax with an inspiring non-fiction book - just the way you like it.

Luggage service

We are happy to help you with your luggage. Please contact reception and we will take care of it.

Newspapers

Several daily newspapers are available for you in the bistro from 07.00 am.

Parking

Please note that this is a public car park of the municipality of Muntelier for which a charge is made. We can therefore neither guarantee nor reserve a parking space for you. For our hotel guests we charge CHF 15.00 per day. You will receive a hotel guest parking card for this, which you can place in your vehicle. You may ignore the central parking meter.
Other public car parks are only a 5-minute walk away.

Stamps are available at reception. You are also welcome to drop off your post here.

Restaurant See la vie

We look forward to welcoming you in our restaurant, on the lakeside terrace or in the inner courtyard. Book your table at reception. You have the option of booking your meal in your room and paying for it when you check out.

Stand-up paddles

Our hotel offers stand-up paddles and life jackets for hire free of charge.
For bookings and further information, please contact reception.

Swimming in the lake

Enjoy our bathing jetty, which is exclusively available to our hotel guests. Here you can end the day in peace and quiet - whether on comfortable loungers or in cosy beanbags - the perfect place to enjoy the sun and evening atmosphere.
If you still need bath towels, we will be happy to help you at reception at any time.

TV

For the sake of the neighbours, we kindly ask you to turn the TV down to room volume.
